Email support@fitclockapp.com with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected versus what happened. We usually reply within two working days.

The alarm did not ring

Work through these in order. The first three cover almost every case.

  • Open FitClock and check the alarm is toggled on, and that the repeat days include the day you expected it.
  • Open the iPhone Settings app, find FitClock, and confirm alarm permission is granted. If you declined the prompt when you first installed, the app cannot schedule anything.
  • Check your ringer volume. FitClock rings through Silent mode, but it cannot ring louder than a volume of zero.
  • Confirm the phone was still on in the morning. A device that ran flat overnight cannot sound an alarm.
  • Check you are on iOS 26.1 or later. FitClock needs Apple's AlarmKit, which does not exist on earlier versions.

If none of that explains it, email us and say which iPhone and iOS version you are on, and roughly what time the alarm was set for.

The sound is too quiet

Alarm loudness follows your ringer volume, which is separate from media volume. Set it in Settings, then Sounds and Haptics, and drag the Ringtone and Alerts slider up. If Change with Buttons is on, turning the volume down for music will also turn your alarm down.

The camera is not counting my reps

Rep detection needs to see your whole body.

  • Prop the phone against a wall or a stack of books, roughly two metres away and about waist height.
  • Turn a lamp on. Pose detection struggles in near darkness, which is exactly what most bedrooms are at 6am.
  • Wear something that contrasts with the floor and wall behind you.
  • Check your head, hands and feet are all inside the frame at the bottom of the movement, not just at the top.

If the room genuinely cannot be lit, switch that alarm to the fifty steps mission, which counts with the pedometer.

My reps are counting but scoring badly

That is usually the point. The score judges depth, tempo and symmetry, so partial reps and fast bouncing reps score low on purpose. If you are confident the movement was clean and the score still says otherwise, it is normally framing: a camera angle that is too high or too low distorts the joint angles the model measures. Move the phone to waist height and try again.

Subscriptions

Cancelling

Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, tap FitClock, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restoring a purchase

Open FitClock, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you originally bought with. Subscriptions do not transfer between different Apple Accounts.

Refunds

Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact us as well if you think something went wrong, and we will help where we can.

Deleting your data

Everything FitClock stores lives on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes your alarms, history, streaks and achievements. There is no server copy, and no account to close.

Still stuck

Email support@fitclockapp.com. Include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen versus what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
