FitClock has no account and no server. Camera frames are analysed on your device to count reps and are never recorded or uploaded. Your alarms, streaks and history stay on your iPhone.
FitClock is made by Cyber Phoenix LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what the FitClock iPhone app does with your information. The short version is that it does very little, because the app has no account system and no server.
FitClock asks for camera permission so it can count and score your repetitions. When a mission is running, frames from the camera are passed to an on-device pose detection model that estimates the position of 33 points on your body. The app uses those positions to decide whether a repetition happened and how clean it was.
Frames are held in memory only for as long as it takes to process them and are then discarded. No video or still image is written to disk, added to your photo library, or transmitted anywhere. There is no network destination for it to be sent to. If you decline camera permission, the camera-based missions will not work, but the fifty steps mission and the alarm itself still function.
If you use the fifty steps mission, FitClock reads step counts from your device's motion sensors while that mission is running. This is used to decide when the mission is complete and is not stored beyond the session.

This data is included in your device backup if you back your iPhone up to iCloud or a computer, under the same protection Apple applies to the rest of that backup. Deleting the app deletes this data from the device.
FitClock Pro is sold as an in-app subscription through Apple. Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card details, your billing address or your Apple Account credentials. Apple provides us with aggregate, anonymised sales reporting, which does not identify individual users. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
FitClock contains no third party analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK that transmits personal data, no advertising identifiers and no tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites. Apple's own App Analytics may show us anonymised, aggregate figures such as total downloads, which cannot be linked back to an individual.
fitclockapp.com is a set of static pages hosted by Netlify. Netlify records standard server request logs, which can include IP address, browser user agent and the page requested, for the purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this website. If you email us, we hold that email so we can reply to you.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in relation to personal data we hold about you. Because the app holds your data only on your own device and sends us nothing, in practice there is usually nothing for us to hand over or delete. You can erase everything the app holds by deleting FitClock from your iPhone. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
FitClock is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, for example if we ever begin collecting data we do not collect today, we will say so clearly in the app before it takes effect.
